What To Expect

We want to make sure you get excellent customer service and have open communication. We will contact you the day before the delivery to discuss the details for the upcoming project. Once on-site, we will locate where you want the dumpster dropped. If you’re not there, we will drop where you specified, take a picture and send it via text. We will then block the wheels from moving. If the customer wants us to pick up early, we will. On the day of a scheduled pick-up, we will contact the customer and let them know we are on our way to confirm they’re finished with the dumpster.
